Yes! We're passionate about the impact a Day-Of Coordinator can have on your wedding day, and we've handpicked some of the finest in the industry, all of whom are included in your package.
Once you've selected the coordinator you'd like to collaborate with, they'll join you roughly 30 days prior to your event. Their role is to assist in collecting all your final details during the final month and to expertly oversee the coordination of your rehearsal and your special wedding day!
Our maximum capacity is 200 guests. It's important to mention that our standard wedding package includes up to 150 guests, with the flexibility to add up to 50 more guests. Similarly, our Intimate wedding package covers up to 50 guests, with the option to include an additional 50 guests if desired.
Your package comes with a 12-hour timeframe. While the typical wedding hours are from 11 am to 11 pm, you have the flexibility to adjust this 12-hour period to an earlier time, such as 8 am to 8 pm.
We also include a two-hour period for rehearsal and engagement photos.
Our wedding package requires a 25% deposit to secure the date, a 25% midway payment, a 25% payment 90 days out from your event and final payment 30 days prior to your event.
You have the option to extend your package by renting up to an extra 3 hours for an early start. Each additional hour can be rented for $200 per hour. Your event can commence as early as 8 am, but please note that it must conclude by 11 pm.
Enjoy the comfort of our two brand new and stylish getting ready suites, The Rose Cottage and The Pine Cabin. These spaces are all yours to enjoy for the entire duration of your package.
The Carriage House can also serve as a charming alternative for your ceremony in case of unfavorable weather conditions.
Absolutely! Our package includes chairs for both the ceremony and reception, along with reception tables and linens. Additionally, we offer a variety of furniture options that are included in your package, such as ceremony arches, cocktail tables, cake tables, whiskey barrels, a sweetheart table, multiple seating options, cake stands, and more.
We encourage you to check out the vendors on our preferred vendors list as we can attest to their amazing talent and top-notch customer service but you are also welcome to use outside vendors (with the exception of bar service) without incurring any additional fees.
Please note that we do require all caterers to be licensed and insured, and unfortunately, no homemade food is allowed.
Our highest priority is to ensure that every couple and their guests have an amazing time while prioritizing safety. For this reason, we work exclusively with our preferred vendors for bar service. We do require you to use A Top Shelf Bartender, Catering & Events, Suleiman's Family Restuarants or Premier Catering for your bar service needs.
We love a grand exit! You're welcome to use sparklers outside The Carriage House. Additionally, we're open to fireworks displays, provided they are carried out by a licensed and insured pyrotechnics company.
Regrettably, open flame candles aren't permitted at The Carriage House at Vedder Farms. We do, however, allow the use of LED candles to create the desired ambiance.
